Meals are prepared according to the Balanced meal chart. The Chart is set for 7 days in the week
Tea : morning and evening. On holidays the evening tea is served with Biscuit, cake or short-eat.
Breakfast : is usually bread, milk rice, Gram, green gram, porriage, rice, Semolina / cuscus with the correct accompaniments to go with the main diet.
Lunch : being the main meal will be rice, vegetable, Fish/egg/chicken/Soya/dry fish or sprats and a greenery(Melung)
Dinner: will cover Noodles, soup and bread, Rotti, Rice tempered with vegetables & egg/sprat, String hopper, Pittu, Thosai, Idley etc.
Desserts are served only after lunch and mainly fresh fruits. Occasionally, sweets, fruit salad or Ice cream.
