Army – Singhe Regiment – 74th Year Celebrations
Officers from the Singhe Regiment as a part of the 74th year celebrations visited the home and entertained the children with music, provided with gifts and lunch.

Mrs. Jacobs began her career as a Montessori Teacher at ‘Caritas’ Montessori in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka and between 1971 to 1973 at the Paynter Home’s pre-school. After the birth of her first baby she took a break from teaching and was housewife and mother.
